Simone Camilla Oliveira, CEO of Uplift, has spent over
20 years in the (re)insurance market, leading and
delivering major transformation initiatives.
Having worked in both execution and senior leadership roles, she’s seen first-hand how strong strategies lose value when delivery teams are overloaded or misaligned.
Her work directly with clients — understanding their expectations,
pressures, and commercial drivers — revealed the same pattern.

That insight became the foundation of Uplift: closing the execution gap.
